NOBLE NORTH
Noble North is a brand stemming from my love of the outdoors as well as food. The idea is a brick and mortar concept that specializes in local foods from the northern part of the U.S. (in particular cold weather climates). Through the design process I tried to keep touches and elements familiar to snowy and cold climates while also showcasing products that are instantly recognizable from any cafe or small restaurant.
This is the primary logo of the brand that immediately offers a sense of rustic charm and also a familiar feeling of being at camp.
For this part of the process I looked to draw from recognizable food items that also leaned into the idea of outdoor adventure.
Building off of the sketches I created for this project, I think the food truck turned out as a great example of how flexible the design can be.
